What am I missing to get Mk3 Working

I have a brand-new S-88 Mk3. I followed all the steps to install it—Mac Sequoia 15.7.2, Windows 11 23H2, latest version of Native AccessNative Access (3.22.0.673 on Mac and Windows), latest Hardware Connection Service (just installed yesterday), latest KK S-series Mk3 firmware (2.07). However, when I turn the S-88 on, after it boots and displays the default MIDI template message, if I start the NI Accessibility Helper, it says "NI Accessibility Helper is ready. Connect a supported device to start." What did I miss, or forget to do? It's odd that it happens on both Mac and Windows, so whatever it is, I've done it in both places.

What is the concern about the Accessibility Helper?

My understanding is that this app is specific to parallel usage with Maschine only at this time and has nothing to do with setup of a new S88 MKIII

Are you needing it due to visual impairments?

@Vocalpoint that web page has not yet been updated. the NI Accessibility Helper is compatible with Kontrol S MK3

@Steve Matzura it will display a default MIDI message unless it's connected to Kontakt 7, Kontakt 8 or Komplete Kontrol 3 running on your computer. If none of those applications or plugins are open there is nothing for it to connect to.

You need to press shift + DAW Button to connect the device to accessibility helper application. Note this will only work if you have hardware connection service installed and running
