Choir Omnia Is making a weird white noise static thing in the background of my presets

Hello. I recently purchased choir onmia and to be honest Im a bit disappointed having paid the $179 for the VST to be almost unusable. It is extremely slow to load each individual preset and I cant seem to get this white noise static this thing the background to disapear whenever I play any preset. Im on FL studio and any tips would be greatly appreciated. If I am unable to fix this issue is native instruments keen on giving refunds. Im very frustrated with this issue and cant justify paying that much money for a VST with so many issues.

very strange, my choir omnia does not have any audible noise, also if i listen to the different mic´s (close; mid close, decca; hall) i cannot hear any noise. Can you maybe try choir omnia with kontakt stand alone and report back?
