some keys don't work on my komplete kontrol m32 when using it with maschine DAW or komplete kontrol

Hey everyone! I just have connected my komplete kontrol m32 to my new computer to work in maschine DAW. The keyboard is quite old but I think there was no serious physical damage.

The problem is the following: all knobs work except some keys on the keyboard. Working keys are the same in different octaves and not-working keys are also the same in different octaves.

I also tried the keyboard on a different computer and the problem is the same.

If you have some relevant experience or ideas, please share🙏

It's most likely a hardware problem. If you download a MIDI monitor program like MIDI-OX that'll tell you exactly what the keyboard is transmitting to the computer. If you still see that some keys aren't working there's a fault with the keyboard. It might be something as simple as a loose connector internally so you could always take it to bits and take a look, assuming it's out of warranty of course !!
