Yes by now it's quite old but also a very solid piece of hardware that can seemingly last forever. I really wanted a controller to use with the wah plugins in Logic so I set out to write a Mac application that allows the Rig Kontrol 3 to be used as a MIDI controller handling events from both the switches and pedal. Works fine for me and I'm willing to share if others are interested. I should mention that I have done nothing to support the audio interface part.
