Known issue: Absynth 6 freezing when trying to import Absynth 5 preset banks.

Hey everyone, we have seen a few reports of Absynth 6 users experiencing freezing or very long scanning when trying to import Absynth 5 user or third party preset banks. We are investigating the issue but were not able to reproduce it yet. If you are experiencing this, please let us know what your operating system is and if you can, zip the affected banks and either add them to your comment or send them to me @Jeremy_NI if you have concerns over sharing them publicly.

I'm having this problem. MBP M4, Logic, Sequoia.

Freezing, some banks import, some don't, when I get to about 5 banks imported then the Factory banks dissapear.

I have successfully imported dozens of banks but only 1 caused a freeze (ironically one I had made myself) so I went through the import process patch by patch and out of the whole bank it turned out to be only 2 patches causing it to freeze (which I have passed onto NI for analysis) so I suspect that may be the case for all these freezes, it's not the whole bank but just a few particular patches Absynth 6 is choking on for some reason (which hopefully can now be identified)

The user preset section is the issue.. you should be able to organize your user preset folders in that documents folder

Massive X did this also,, when you had your own user preset folders... massive x and now absynth do not allow you to see individual folders in a user preset section of the plugin making it impossible to organize and keep track of those preset folders,

no matter how many folders I add to the user folder,, all the presets just get lumped together... instead of having a folder directory like the main library folder...

It's really a painful choice someone made and I hope this can be corrected....

Yes, the "normal" user presets area does not work at all for me.

Leap Into The Void - The Abyss
Musicrow - Dark Sirens
Musicrow - Sirens
PlugInGuru Absynth 5 Power Pack V1.3
Uneek Sounds - Secret Spaces
Weird Mantras (unknown, probably home-made)

Do you mean, it's not working, as it's really not working or it's not your favourite workflow.

And I meant sharing the actual preseet files so we can try to repro the issue, you can upload them here or send them to be privately.
