Hi All. Sorry to make my first post a complaint, but here we go.
I've had a ticket open with support since the 5th dec, only received one reply asking for further info and an video of the problem, which I immediately sent. I've then heard nothing for more than a week. I've been chasing the last 3 days and still no response.
This is my first NI purchase and my produce doesn't work properly and I get no answer from support. Not a great start.
Anyone else experiencing something similar or have any insights? Also I don't see how to look at my ticket on the NI website either. Maybe that's just me not looking properly.
