Guarnieri violin

Out of the blue moon my version of the Guarnieri violin has gone into demo mode.

I have tried to delete the suggested folder. Nogo

I have tried to install over again. Nogo.

It has disappeared from my kontakt list, but is listed as installed in NA access.

Any suggestions?

What directory does Native Acces show for it as the Installation Path and what's physically there in that location? There may be a disconnect between what NA is using for the library and what Kontakt is seeing for the library. If the library pointed to by NA looks like it's valid and has all the appropriate folders and files, that's the one you should set the Kontakt library to point to.
