Kontakt 8.1 not updating to 8.2.1.000

Hi, I just update my old Komplete Ultimate to the last Collectors Edition, I installed all the new packs so I opened Kontakt to check the new sounds. When I open a new sound Kontakt says "Your version of Kontakt is too old to load this file, which was saved with Kontakt v8.2.1.000. Please update to the latest version of Kontakt!"

In Native Access I can't see the possibility of update it, seems like there's no update, I checked and I have the 8.1.0 version.

Anyone can help me? 😪

Your OS is now retired and unsupported. You will need Mac OS 13 (or higher) to gain access to newer versions of Kontakt.

The latest is v8.8.0 release 3 days ago.

This is correct.

If you are unable or unwilling to update your OS, you may download older content installers from within your account @diemmevibes .

The only trouble with staying on macOS 12 is that you'd be missing out on new features added to the content or Kontakt. Worth noting that Apple dropped support for macOS 12 over a year ago, and even macOS 13 as of last month. This makes it both challenging and inadvisable for manufacturers to support those older OS.
