I am facing a persistent issue where the A49's Transport buttons (PLAY, STOP, UNDO, QUANTIZE, etc.) are non-functional in the Cubase 12/13 environment. Since official support has been unable to provide a solution, I am reaching out to the user forum for assistance.
This issue has been conclusively diagnosed as a failure in NI's DAW integration script or firmware, not a simple setup error.
