I have spent over 4 hours trying to follow the directions to authorize Velvet and use it with Rx 11. The product portal didn’t work this time or the last time I bought from NATIVE! The directions for authorizing offline require information not sent to me! See below

The chat goes around in circles and has no idea how to help. The agent chat ended when I asked a question!
Is there ANY, ANY, ANY one I can contact? Chat doesn’t work, directions fail, the product portal is a joke, and it’s been every time I’ve tried to use it…I have written extensive instruction manuals, beginning, intermediate and advanced levels… I’ve never seen such a maze of non-working instructions in my life, except for Microsoft… congratulations.
Oh, the days of Izotope were actually customer-friendly, and their instructions actually worked!
