Komplete M32 potentiometer malfunctions

Hello everyone, the potentiometers on my Komplete M32 are malfunctioning in Cubase. When I create a "Learn CC" session, the potentiometers are recognized, but they only rotate through a very small angle and very jerkily, making them unusable. I tested it with an Alesis V49, and everything works perfectly.

This follows another problem I had a few months ago (with the same keyboard), where three keys stopped working. After a lot of unsuccessful attempts, it started working again two months later, I don't know how.

I'm starting to wonder if this keyboard has an internal problem.

maybe cubase expects relative mode and the pots on the m32 are absolute, maybe you can manually set it to absolute in cubase. Or it´s the other way around, open komplete kontrol stand alone and go to the midi assignment editor and check the "mode" setting for the knobs.
