Plugins like Ozone dont work

Hello, i have bought die Komplete 15 Standard Licence. I have Problems mit Kontakt Kontrol, because i did that on extern Disc correctly. Instruments work, but there is no Kontakt 7 just standalone in DAW. Then Effect from Plugin Alliance and any effect pop up not in search(i rescan it) Ozone Elements is in Mixer in DAW(FL Studio) but i cant use it and it looks like on Photo. Can someone explain that to me?

Have you downloaded and installed latest version of Native Access for your OS ? (what is your version of Native Access ?)

How does your library list look like in Native Access ? (screenshot please)

What is your file management path settings in Native Access ? (screenshot please)

There is no NI product called Kontakt Kontrol , are you referring to Komplete Kontrol ?

but there is no Kontakt 7 just standalone in DAW.

Please discern between 'standalone' and plugin , what you use in a DAW is a plugin not standalone , so your sentence here makes no sense.

Also then Komplete 15 Standard does not come with Kontakt 7 , it only comes with Kontakt 8 !?

Where did you buy this ? Does the product list as activated on the list of 'My Products' ?

when i log to Izotope that said me i got only iZotope Nectar 3 Elements and Vocal Doubler

If you are logged into Native Access to the correct same account as Komplete 15 Standard is registered to then the products , including Ozone 11 Standard , should show in latest version of Native Access for your OS for installation !

I figured it out. I found in Internet that Komplete 15 included not Elements just Standard and it works.

I got the 360 plan earlier as 14 trial thats why i have element. Thank you so much for help, you can close the Topic.

Also then please change the 'Download' path in file management to something other than where Content is. E.G. : please make downloads D:\NI Downloads

i have located Guitar Rig on Disc C. And somehow just this Plugin missing now. Do you have any idea?

Guitar Rig is VST3 , it should be in : C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3

Make sure that your DAW is set to scan that folder , else then try uninstalling Guitar Rig 7 , then reboot and then re-install it to see if that helps …

And that happens with every Plugin that i have i dont know where to choose for example bx_oberhausen ask me for 14 days trial then i logged in.

Sorry i dont know how to edit, but it just happens only with the Ozone Plugin the other Plugins are in Komplete Kontrol, but why must i buy and when i log to Izotope that said me i got only

Hello, my version is Native Access 2. And i mean Komplete Kontrol. The Library in works, but somehow not everywhere is Photo.

File Managment Path is Extern Disc also D and the Effects are on C. And its looks like this
