No. The least synthesizers can actually do that, and, Massive X only has two oscillators anyway.
Sad… Zebra from U he can do that. I found it very creative, it opens up way more possibilities by creating tons of layers, really making full use of the entire stereo space, and even coming up with improbable rhythms using LFOs.
Absynth 6 can do it too, or you can use 2 instances of massive but that has downsides of course but also advantages
MX's signal path is strictly monaural upstream of the FX, so this would require a from-the-ground-up change. Definitely don't hold your breath
