I do not know if this is in the proper section (first time poster, my apologies) but I wanted to know if anyone has had any similar experiences to this that I have, in the past, and if they've had experience with Native Instruments reissuing vouchers.
I tried to place an order earlier today and used my voucher received from purchasing Kontakt a few months ago, the $99 voucher.
I went to buy Piano Colors and had $100 left over to pay and chose Affirm to cover the remainder, but when I clicked "next", the Affirm login window never popped up, but the Native Instruments checkout website went to the next page and stated there was an error and to resubmit or contact support.
The order was put through but as no payment having been received (gave a ticket number and everything), so it literally ate my voucher.
I submitted a ticket and proved that it wasn't an error from me because the order page showed that the order did go through but when opened it showed as payment processing. This evening I log back in and see the order has now been completely removed, my voucher still doesn't work. It seems a little unfair that an NI website bug literally ate my $99 voucher that I technically paid for via Kontakt 8. No update on my ticket and I'm kind of left in the dust on this.
Has anyone else had any experience like this? I don't mean to be a downer, but if my voucher can't be replaced I don't think I can in good faith conduct any further business with Native Instruments. I've been using NI products since 2010….
