How do I make that the touchscreen strip on my KK S61 keyboard stays off after every time I turn on or restart my computer? To turn it off, I have to open the KK app every time and turn off the touchscreen in the app settings. It's inconvenient.
@Alexartist We couldn't reproduce the issue. Once computer is restarted the Off in Touchstrip stays. Are you loading a specific template? That might indicate permission issues preventing to write the changes. Does Komplete Kontrol have full disk access? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
Thanks for the reply. There is only one template in the KK application. In the default template, I only changed the position of the Touscreen to "Off". I have a PC, Windows 10. How can I enable KK full disk access in PC (Windows 10)?
Oh sorry, I hadn't seen you were on Windows. The equivalent would be this: How to Run a Program as an Administrator
Moreover, there is no such thing after a reboot - after a reboot, the Touchscreen strip remains off, but if you turn off the computer and then turn it on, it lights up again, the touchscreen strip is on again.
Did. It's all the same. After restarting, the touchscreen remains turned off, but if you turn off the computer and then turn it on, the touchscreen is active again.
I switched the KK S61 from the USB2 port to the USB3 port - and everything worked out! Now, both when restarting and when turning off and then turning on the computer, the Touchscreen strip remains turned off, as in my KK application template. But I did not understand why it was necessary to connect it to the USB3 port and not USB2. Okay. The main thing is that it's working properly now.
No. Still, no. The touchscreen is still enabled.
