How do I make that the touchscreen strip on my KK S61 keyboard stays off after every time I turn on or restart my computer? To turn it off, I have to open the KK app every time and turn off the touchscreen in the app settings. It's inconvenient.
@Alexartist We couldn't reproduce the issue. Once computer is restarted the Off in Touchstrip stays. Are you loading a specific template? That might indicate permission issues preventing to write the changes. Does Komplete Kontrol have full disk access? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

I switched the KK S61 from the USB2 port to the USB3 port - and everything worked out! Now, both when restarting and when turning off and then turning on the computer, the Touchscreen strip remains turned off, as in my KK application template.
