I purchased Komplete kontrol Standard 14 last year, it was suppossed to have a Version of Kontakt, but I can’t get it up & sampling. not sure why, it always defaults to Kontakt player.
What do you see listed in Native Access when you login?
If you are licensed for Komplete 14 Standard - Kontakt 7 comes with it.

Your information given for the question is very confusing. Headline says Komplete 15 , question text body says Komplete 14 , your product version stated when making question says Komplete 18 (which is non existent). Also you do not state what is your OS other than Mac.
So what is your OS version exactly ? If your OS is too old you can not use the latest version of N.A. and you might not see all the products that you own…
Generally speaking though then you are supposed to have downloaded and installed the latest version of Native Access for your OS , unless that you are using a legacy OS (?) What is your version of N.A. ?
Also make sure that you are logged into the correct account

Sorry for several confusing errors. Komplete 14, is what I bought, eyeing 15 currently too. I have iOS 26.1. i’ve also run into an issue where only Kontakt player opens. Not a legacy version of NA
We would need to see your Native Access product listing - like so:
IOS 26.1 ? You most likely mean Mac OS 26.1 Tahoe ? - which is not supported yet. ! Still that doesn't mean that it is not possible to get the software to run but you there could be complications

Are you sure that you are logged into the correct NI account in latest version of Native Access for your OS ? Same as your online account…
