Expression Map Setup window in Cubase 15
Cubase 15 was released november 2025. With it came a new version of the Cubase expression maps.
The expression maps allows orchestral libraries to be setup with controlling articulations in a more detailed and consistent way.
We need a Cubase 15 Expression Map resource page for NI orchestral libraries like the Symphony series which list important parameters like attack compensation and variable attack compensation for each articulation (the latter is just logged to be added by Steinberg in a future update, important for legato articulations) and possible other guidance which is helpful. Each manufacturer should provide this for users to save time when setting up an orchestral DAW template in Cubase.
I would also suggest NI plan and build factory expression maps to work in Cubase 15 (and update them when needed when variable attack compensation is added)
