I bought a Komplete Kontrol keyboard a month ago and decided to sell it as I am pressed for space. Now the new owner can't use it until I transfer the license, and NI for some reason block that for 60 days which makes no sense for hardware. I opened a ticket yesterday but have no response yet and new owner is getting pretty unhappy. Anyone know how long it is likely to take to get a response from NI?
