Why My Key Velocity Inverted

One key of my keyboard Hans been inverted.

When I play it with High velocity.it's velocity will be at 0!

Only when I play it with Low velocity it can make sense and with High velocity.

I don't know how to fix it.The Firmware Only can update.I wanna reinstall the Firmware.😭

That sounds like your keybed may have a problem with one of the keys which isn't something that can be fixed in software. Even on the Hard 3 setting on my MK2 there's a slight variation in velocity between soft and hard playing.

Hey Dude I have solve the problem by taking it apart.

I found the conductive adhesive where the "Problem Key" in have a very little broken piece

and I guess it raise the height between the key and the contact point.

However solving this problem will make warranty disabled.

If you can use the warranty just us it.If your warranty expired.

Try to taking your keyboard apart.Checking and cleaning it.
