Dependency Installation Freezes

I have just purchased the SESSION GUITARIST: ELECTRIC SUNBURST DELUXE. The Down load went as directed, but when it got to the dependency installation. The install shows this is taking longer than normal, and just keeps spinning( for hours with no progress). In the trouble shooting manual is suggest that I run NTKDaemon. This program ran with out difficulty, you are the directed to try the ELECTRIC SUNBURST DELUXE install again. Once again the same thing happens. I have rebooted the computed, downloaded the soft ware again but again no luck. I really would like to get this installed and could use some help with the problem.

if all else fails, you can downgrade to NA1 so you can get the library installed...

Tried installing native access 1 but got the same runtime error that I did with 2. I am running the latest windows 10 upgrade. Any other suggestions?
