Kontrols S88 MK3 freezes with Logic Pro 11

Hi, 

I’m using a Kontrol S88 MK3 with Logic Pro 11.2.2. When I load a Komplete Kontrol plugin, after I turn the control knobs a few times, the keyboard freezes. Well actually the piano keys and the pitch wheel keep working fine, only all the control knobs and buttons (like the Browser…) freeze. I then have to turn off the keyboard and turn it back on, but it does it again after a few minutes and manipulations … 

I updated all software (except my OS, I am still on Sonoma) and drivers, but it didn't solve the issue. Also the issue suddenly appeared a few weeks/months ago. Is it related to a Logic update?

I realise that there is already a discussion on that topic but it is closed and I can't find an answer to the issue in it.

Update : the freeze of the control buttons also happen when using the Kontrol S88 only with Komplete Kontrol application directly, without opening Logic. So this has actually nothing to do with Logic. It really is annoying. I can no longer work with it :(. I raised a ticket via the chatbot of NI but no reply so far (also it is not easy to fully explain the issue with only 120 letters or so)...
