Hello Native Instruments team,
I have a Komplete Kontrol S61 MK3 keyboard connected to my MacBook (M4 chip, macOS [version]).
The keyboard is stuck showing “Get the latest update” even after completing all firmware and software updates through Native Access and the manual firmware updater.
I have already:
• Reinstalled Native Access (Rosetta mode)
• Deleted cache folders (~/Library/Application Support/Native Instruments/Hardware)
• Tried manual firmware update and recovery mode
But the keyboard still shows “Get the latest update”.
Please send me the firmware restore tool or recovery utility for macOS so I can re-flash the display firmware.
