Hi! I have a trouble ! help!! My modulation wheel and pitch band in the Komplete Kontrols 88 mk2 does not work!! I use Nuendo 12. Do I need to reset hardware to factory setting?? any other tricks??

Do the wheels work if you use the keyboard with Komplete Kontrol standalone? There's no hardware reset that I'm aware of on the MK2 keyboards. You could also try a standalone MIDI monitor to check if the Mac is seeing the mod/bend signals. There's one here that works pretty well - https://www.snoize.com/MIDIMonitor/

What exact issue are you seeing? If your issue is with Nuendo 12 - that product is retired and there is no reset procedure for any MKII keyboard.

There isn't specifically a reset option for the keyboard as it just presents what the software setup to do. I would first suggest open KK standalone and test the wheels using a plugin and preset that has both Pitch Bend and Modulation so you can confirm if the wheels are sending signal. If that works in standalone KK, test the same in your DAW and post the results.
