Customize Light Guide?

Is there anyway I can change the behaviour of the keybed guide light so that it is OFF by default then turns ON when receives a MIDI note?

It is very hard for me to see the difference between DIM and Bright. One of the big reasons I bought this controller was to help learn MIDI parts so I will use this feature alot.

You can make a MIDI template which can have custom colours for the key ranges, maybe look into that side.

I just want the keyboard to light up only when it gets a MIDI note. No DIM lights ON all the time. How am I the only one??

Can I turn on 'Play Assist' then create a custom scale (with no notes in the scale)?

This is the only way I can seem to be able to turn off the default DIM setting.

You're not the only one, many of us (me included) made numerous suggestions for the last 10+ years on improvements, however with basically nothing anyone has feedback ever been considered and even bugs remain unfixed it's clear it is a waste of time asking for new features when the current ones are barely holding together so most of us have just given up asking. By all means chuck your hat in the ring but i'd take the expectation bar, break it off and throw it off a cliff for a realistic expectation.

I ahve no idea what is possible TBH, I still can't use my MK3 keyboard as the software has issues that I am still waiting to be resolved so I sue my MK2 keyboard and the previous v2 of the software. Likely tho, what you want isn't possible or as intuitive as you would hope it to be.
