S61 mk3 Komplete Kontrol connection issue

Hello,

I'm having a problem with my new S61 keyboard not appearing in the "Controller" tab of Komplete Kontrol. I've granted all the required access to NI add-on applications, but the problem still persists. The controller displays a "Default MIDI Template" on the screen and only allows for basic MIDI control in Logic Pro (no advanced integration). Please help, I'm losing my mind.

Do you have all the software installed, in particular the Hardware Connection Service?

If that's installed and you're running Sequoia check that the NIHostIntegrationService has access to Local Network in the Privacy and Security section of System Settings.

If neither of those fix the problem let us know.

Have you installed the hardware connection service? If you go to Settings > General what does it say for renderer version, agent version, and "usb host connected"?

The problem is more complicated. I bought the keyboard new at a store. Following your suggestions, I tried to register the product and download the necessary applications. It turned out that the serial number was already registered. I wrote a ticket to the manufacturer, and tomorrow I will contact the store that sold me the keyboard. I will keep you updated.
