plugins grayed out (RX-17114)

Hi, does anyone know why my plugins are grayed out (the surround is gray)

to my plugins on rx11 running on Mac Studio m2 can't preview render or select a different plugin I have reinstalled RX but it stays the same so rendering it unusable for the work I do

Hello,

Check your Brightness levels in Preferences, maybe your level is too high.

Put it at 0.

I have the same problem since the last update. It seems the buttons are invisible.

If you know where the buttons are you can click in the grey area and it works.

But how can I get the buttons back visible? Brightness is 0.

Then guys, is it possible to be related with your graphic card / monitor settings?

Can you test (and neutralize if needed)?

Or some of your system display setting?

Otherwise, with only 2 reports so far, it doesn't qualify as a bug (at least yet), since the rest of us can not see/reproduce the issue. Still… a solution has to be found, so, please check what i asked above and, if your graphic settings are normal, i will report it as a bug.

Hey everyone, this a known bug, it's been reported already and filed under the reference RX-17114. It's under investigation at the moment. We'll update the thread when more info is available.
