Native Access does not see my purchase of the crossgrade. The AI chat bot is useless. Anyone that can help here. I have actual work to do and am ready to dumo all my NI and other products.
Hey, let´s try to figure this out.
Did the crossgrade come with a serial? If it did, you can enter it in Native Access (bottom left you find "add serial") and then it should work.
Check that the upgrade appears in your Native Instruments account on the web site. Assuming it does make sure you're logging into the same account in Native Access and check that you're running the latest version of Native Access which is 3.21.0
If it doesn't appear on the web site it's not been linked to your account properly so you'll need to contact support which you can do here - https://bit.ly/NI_Support_All
Also, I've taken the liberty of changing your username slightly so you don't get banned :)
@Jeremy_NI , perhaps you should check account to make sure that the purchase fits the account and that it got properly registered (?)
