Kontrol S61 MK3 Screen Jittery/Discolored

I have a freshly-unboxed S61 MK3 who's screen constantly jitters/flickers (after being powered on for about 30min, this actually stabilizes) and also seems to be missing a color (keyboard screen doesn't match colors on my Macbook). I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue, and hoping to track down if it's a hardware "send it back" type thing, or a software/settings type thing.

So far I have:

• Tried different USB C cables
• Tried plugging directly into wall power v.s. Macbook
• Tried all available USB C ports on Macbook
• Updated firmware (2.0.7)

i fear you have to get a replacement, contact the seller or native instruments support, as far as i know it differs a bit from country to country how to go on in such cases.
