I'm using the free mvMeter2 to start gain staging in my DAW (FL Studio). But I also need to increase the gain and was wondering which plugin software from the Komplete bundle could be used for that, if any?
You usually gain stage within the mixer in the DAW - and not by any specific plugin (or volume setting ON the plugin).

There are almost too many ways to answer this question. But generally Vocalpoint is correct in that the signal level values displayed by your DAW will be your guide which you adjust based on the fader or other adjustable components for that track. That being said, often the instrument itself has adjustments that will affect that signal level, but that's only useful if your adjusting something related to the sound characteristics of the plugin typically. Other than that most DAWs provide plenty of ways of adjusting the signal levels and are much more suited to the recording process.
Would anyone happen to use FL Studio and can point to the most efficient way to increase gain of individual instruments?
Starting off with a kontakt instrument: set by default to 0dB, the level reported by mvMeter I get is -8dB. I'd like to move it closer to 0dB. In FL mixer, by default, the faders are at 100%, so where would I increase the gain? I thought maybe there was a native way to do it but I don't know how.
This is a question for the FL Studio forums. Certainly lots of folks over there should be able to assist.
