My Expression pedals no more work with last 2.0 firmware in Default midi template on S61 Mk3

Hi,
I just realize today that My Behringer FS600 V2 and Yamaha FS-7 no more work connected to my S61 mk3.
Previoulsy it has been working.
I first realized this in Cubase, monitoring the inputs of one Kontakt 8 instrument track driven by the s61.
Then I used MidiOx to get rid of any potential cubase interaction.
For the connected pedals only sustain is OK.
I tried all the combinations with tip/ring invert/Not invert, calibrate with up first or down first, changed my cables, took some cable working on other devices, no success.
Either my S61 is broken but I don't understand how because it never moved from my studio, either the last firmware broke all this.
I am the only ?

@CSurieux Have you also updated the Hardware Connection Service to the latest version?

Have you checked in Kontakt 8 in standalone? Komplete Kontrol in standalone?

Have you tried a new template, to reset everything to default?

Is everything else, MIDI wise, functional?

Are you using a UAD soundcard by any chance?

I am using an Audient ID44 MK2 and everything is up to date according NA.
Not tried in standalone but I did a lot of tests using MidiOx which have always helped tracing midi correctly, without all the cubase layers for midi.
And here, there is nothing when I move these exp pedals, pedals working ok when connected to an MC8.
Everything else is working ok in my s61, I even tested the Aurturia Midi template with a Minilab 3 and it was ok, but just a small surface test.

What look strange in the exp pedal Setting is that by default it takes CC11, just as the touch strip default CC, but in midi there should be no pb having 2 sources for a same midi CC.

Am I the first to encounter this problem ? I know that Kontakt users are not great users for exp pedal ;) .
