I have tried everything to get my sustain pedal to work on my Kontrol S61 MK3 Keyboard. Need Help!

I have a Gator Frameworks sustain pedal with a polarity switch. It works fine on my other keyboard, which is a Nektar GX61.
I have tried absolutely everything to get the GFW sustain pedal to work on my Kontrol S61 MK3.

I’ve read the NI page “How to Configure Sustain/Expression Pedals on Kontrol Keyboards”.
It just will not work!

Can you post what polarity you have set the switch to and what your pedal settings are in your KK software (screenshot)?

Quick look suggests that pedal is just a basic sustain pedal with a standard TS plug, i'd personally set the polarity as Normally Open and configure KK as such (which is how mine is setup):

I also believe if you change the polarity of the pedal while plugged in you need to power off/on the keyboard with pedal attached so it can detect its polarity correct.
