Headphones are not detected by Traktor MX2

I have a bit of an usual setup. Have the MX2 plugged via USB-C to my Win11 laptop. As the default speakers, I'm using my bluetooth enabled surround sound. However, when I plug headphones into the MX2, the MX2 doesnt even detect the headphones, doesnt matter if I use the 1/8" mini jack or the ¼" jack.

Also, under output routing, it only shows me only speakers 1 and 2 and nothing else.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciate as i'm at my wits end here.

Have you downloaded and installed the Asio drivers?

The speakers are connected to the mx2 as well? And you selected mx2 (asio) in audio setup?

Mhh, odd. I would try to reinstall the driver and restart.

Presumably the Bluetooth connection is via the laptop's built in Bluetooth connection, so the issue comes from trying to use two different interfaces - Bluetooth for main and ASIO for headphones.

Even if the headphones worked, you'd have an issue with a delay from the Bluetooth connection. The main output would be behind the headphone output (in milliseconds).

That is a fair point, which is what I thought at first so I tried using the RCA connection from the MX2 to pair of speakers I had as a backup, but even then it still only picked up the main, headphones were still undetected. I did test the headphones on a different device and they registered normally.
