Komplete Kontrol S88 Mk3 – MIDI not working in Cubase 14

Hi,
I used my Komplete Kontrol S88 Mk3 with Cubase 13 without issues.
After updating Cubase to version 14, the keyboard is recognized but pressing keys produces no MIDI input—nothing shows up in Cubase.
I’ve tried different USB ports and cables and deleted Cubase preferences, but the problem persists.
Does anyone know a fix or workaround? Thanks!

Is Komplete Kontrol standalone working? Do you have the latest firmware and hardware connection service installed?

Yes, Komplete Kontrol works, but only with the mouse. When I press the keys on the keyboard, nothing happens.

I already uninstalled and reinstalled the latest versions of the firmware and the Hardware Connection Service.

@Atrisa Can you check in Komplete Kontrol in standalone? Are you able to select the MIDI input and output for the MK3?

Have you updated your Windows system recently? We're starting to see some reports like here:
