KKS 61 Mk3 loosing it's Cubase link in long sessions

Hi,

Using my KKS 61 mk3 with Cubase 14 Pro on Windows 11, I especially appreciate the last firmware update to ease integration with plugins and mix console.
Concerning NI, I quite always use Kontakt 8 rather then Komplete Kontrol, stacking instruments inside it for one Cubase track. I also use midi tracks to share their data with several instrument tracks using the Midi Send feature. I also use several mix consoles windows.
But frequently this very nice KKS feature stops working without I can identify the event causing this failure.
KKS display seems to be frozen on one Kontakt display, not always the same. The Plugin and Daw buttons have no more effect. The firmware seems to be crashed.
I can't find a way of easilly reseting the link without restarting Cubase, which is annoying. When I quit Cubase, KKS restarts working Ok.
Am I the only one to experience this ?
Any idea how to avoid this firmware crash ?

When it reaches this state, if you try to change to e.g the play assist page or the settings page, do those buttons work or is the keyboard totally unresponsive?

If it's still responsive to those buttons then it's not a firmware crash but rather it's just losing the connection with Cubase and perhaps the hardware connection service as well. If you open the midi remote script console, do you see any error messages there? Not ideal but you should be able to fix this issue without restarting Cubase by clicking the reload button in the console.

You may also wanna try a different usb-c cable to see if that helps
