Kontrol S-Series MK3 2.0: Arturia VSTs "No parameters mapped"

It seems when I first updated to firmware 2.0, Arturia plugins auto mapped (e.g. in Ableton Live 12). Today, when I load any Arturia plugin I only see the plugin name and the message "No parameters mapped." Any idea how to fix this?

Things I've tried:
- Reinstalling Arturia plugins
- Deleting and rescanning all plugins in Komplete Kontrol (standalone)
- Deleting prefs at "~/Library/Application Support/Native Instruments" and rescanning

Auto mapping for all other Ableton and third party instruments works fine.

Have you checked the NKS location of the Arturia synths? I'm not sure where this is on Mac, but it looks like it's not pulling the NKS presets or data, based on the lack of graphics, or preset name.
