I use empire breaks in Kontakt and I don't know how it's possible to have separate outputs for have a treatment different for my kick, snare, hi hat… I pass many hours trying many things but nothing good

On the kit page click the pad you want to route to an output. At the bottom right of the sample display on the left you'll see "Output: Default" Click that and you can select the Kontakt output you want to send it to. I think that's what you're looking for, if not let us know.

Yes I find that but I have only two choice (st 1 or St 2). When I try to create an other output like st 3 , I don't find the st 3 on the loaded sample output
Are you running standalone or as a plugin? If it's as a plugin what host are you using? You usually need to configure the output count in the host DAW.

I use Logic Pro
ok - add Kontakt to an instrument track. At the bottom of the Kontakt track in the mixer above M and S there are - and + buttons. Click + to create additional output channels from Kontakt.
In Kontakt you can set the number of channels in the mixer view. Hit F10 to switch to classic view. Click the mixer icon bottom right. Under the Presets/Batch dropdown click Factory then select the output channel configuration you want.
