How can I get rid of the slide or hammer-on/off in Scarab Sun Bass? I use Dorico, and Kontrol S61 but I can't get rid of the hammer-on unless I play staccato. I would like to play legato without sliding

The original Scarbee instruments had controls for noise levels so I'd expect the new ones to have similar. Might be worth contacting Scarbee support as it's their product.
