I bought a new Traktor Z1 MK2 controller. Native Access isn't accepting the serial number from the envelope. It says that this number doesn't belong to а known product . I'm entering all the characters correctly. Has anyone encountered this?

Are you using latest version of Native Access for your OS ?
Else then f your serial does not work then please contact N.I. Support (all).

My mistake… I was in such a hurry that I didn't notice the serial number in the photo.
Installing the latest version of Native Access helped me
