Kontrol mk3 middle A key not working

Hi,

The Middle A key on my Kontrol s61 MK3 keyboard doesn't work anymore.

I updated the firmware and the komplete control software, tried another usb port.

The other keys work fine but the middle A doesn't respond.

My question is is there something I can do to fix it with software or is my great keboard broken?
