software stuck on INITIALIZING GUI

I've literally tried and done everything under the sun !!

clean install , reg edit tool , delete files in appdata folder , etc,,,,

it scans plugins but never loads , I didn't do anything different or new to my system to cause this as I'm not a newbie and know how to troubleshoot .

I've seen other have this problem so I'm looking for some sort of a solution that have worked for others. I want to take advantage of features on my keyboard , firmware is up to date on the keyboard, all other drivers are up to date and all is working fine , wont load as standalone and crashes or freezes Cubase!

You did not include sufficient information (including error screenshot) when asking questions here (?).

Exact version of Windows ? (update version?) , exact version of Cubase ? , screenshot of hanging KK app please , I gather that the Komplete Kontrol is the advertised 3.5.1 (?)

The answer to that one often ends up being to remove the plugin that makes it hang (problem then over).

I figured that was enough info but here are the details,,,,

there's no "error" to screen shoot but here's a pic of it stuck in standalone mode as I previously stated

it just stays there ,,,

Windows Pro 10 , ver 22H2 , build 19045.6332

Cubase ,,, the latest version ,,,,, as I stated everything is up to date, I felt that info is not needed, if it dont work standalone it wont work in the Daw , but , I tried it again and Cubase just closed , it did not create a crash report either as I would of seen it in the usual folder and/or upon reopening Cubase , it will sometimes have a message crash report available

what I mean by the plugins scan but never loads,,,,,,

all plugins scan , but the app "Komplete Kontrol" does not load as in "open", it stays stuck on the screen pictured above. The process of the scanning of the plugins is ok.

As a long shot, check your audio drivers. I’ve seen problems there causes hang with NI software both standalone and in Cubase. Do you get anything in the Windows event logs when Cubase crashes?

Just to make sure : Are you using latest version of Native Access for your OS and are Application location set in N.A. the default one ?

Have you tried starting KK stand alone as an Admin to see if that makes any difference ?

Have you tried Windows diagnostic startup with loading of minimum (including no AV) to see if that would allow you to start the KK stand alone app ?
