GR7 Pro Tuner stopped working. The tuning fork works. No longer registers signal from guitar. It's been intermittent in the past. Now doesn't register a signal from guitar at all.

I just followed those instructions. Deleted GR7 folder from reg. It didn't help. Still no signal reaching the Tuner. Hey, I just figured out where the trouble comes from. I still use Rig Kontrol 3 as the interface. I have been for years. The interface part of Rig Kontrol 3 still works with GR7 as long as you use an older version of Controller Editor. Well, for some reason, or somehow I must have messed something up on the Controller Editor while I was trying to get it to do something.
You see, I just disconnected Rig Kontrol 3 from my PC and plugged in my Behringer interface instead and found that the GR7 Tuner now sees my guitar signal and works as normal. So that's fixed! Bottom line: It works with another interface but no longer works with Rig Control 3. That's all good, however I'd still like to know if you have any ideas about where I should begin troubleshooting my Rig Kontrol 3 and/or Controller Editor to get it to work with the Tuning function on GR7 again like it used to. I know it's probably out of your area but if you have a suggestion, I'd be in interested. I think that it is something I changed in the Controller Editor when I was trying to see how it functioned recently. (I was trying to get a Nu-X looper pedal to work with Rig Kontrol 3 External Pedal jack) I know I changed something in the Controller Editor. I'm not very good with it.
Rig Control 3 was retired years ago.
While you might be able to find a way to hack this together - probably not the best long term solution overall.
Might be better to simply carry on with the Behringer and call it a day.

I reinstalled it - didn't help. …………..And the 'mute' function is NOT on. Anyone else had this problem?
Never seen this issue reported. Is this only around the tuner? Does the sound of your guitar comes through GTR7?

No, no sound from the guitar on the tuner. Everything else works in the tuner but but sound from the guitar. Everything else works in the rest of GR7. I just can't use the tuner anymore. It just completely stopped seeing my guitar. In the past the problem was intermittent but always came good. Now it's just quit. Not sure if I want to do a reset at this point just yet. Don't want to lose all my sounds.
Then only try the regedit part, this will not affect your presets (that's the databse part), it should only reset GTR7 to default for audio settings and such.
