I have a brand-new PC (Windows 11). I installed Native Access using my existing NI account, which clearly lists all my purchase history on the account page. However, Native Access on my new PC does not show any of my existing purchased content. It behaves as if it's never recognised my account before.
I'm just about fed up with this nonsense. I foolishly expected to install Native Access on my existing NI account and have NA populate my existing (paid-for) library of content. Nope. Nope. Nope.
Any help before I give up for good?
