Electric Sunburst no more working after update...

I did the update last weekend.

It was a big mistake!!!
Sunburst is buggy. It destroyed all my presets.
Many, many hours and sessions of work!!!

Why doesn't anyone test something like this?
I haven't found a way to revert it or any other solution!

1. User Presets deleted or not readed
2. no Loops loaded
3. No Pages working: "Guitar Settings" , "Amps & FX", "Playback"
   

I uninstalled and deleted everything (with using the cleaner tool)
and completely reinstalled and reconfigured it.
I did this twice, and after 5 hours I still hadn't achieved anything.

I test it with the older Kontakt7 Player. Also the mistake, that the player meant, the sunburst version is no more supported.

I haven't found a solution for my workstation. :-(

Try downloading version 1.1.0.1 of Electric Sunburst Deluxe from the NI Download Manager page:

User Presets should be stored under…

• C:\Users\<YOUR USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Session Guitarist - Electric Sunburst Deluxe\Data

Can you check if you see a user_soundfx_data.nka and user_soundfx_names.nka file in there?
What if you open them via Notepad - is your preset data still intact?
