I will not tolerate companies that waste my time and they know they're doing it, because they have forum posts with a, "heads up' like it clears them for doing it in the first place. Topic is closed with no way to even have a discussion about it.
Most of the people that use your product, don't use these forums because they would rather make music without trying to gain some useless badge on a site like this.
I shouldn't ever have to click the small 3 dots on the right of the product, then click read details just to see if something changes (compatibility wise) on a so-called update. I spent like 3 hours wasting fixing libraries that quit working. This is asinine.
I demand, Native Instruments change Native Access updating practices to clearly show if an update changes compatibility (before updating), or I walk from all Native Instruments and subsidiaries.
I'm not playing your marketing push that it works with X (enter latest version here). It's just planned software obsolescence, nothing else.
