Komplete Kontrol S61 MK3 Kontakt & Komplete Kontrol Issues

Hi,

just out of the blue: Both Kontakt and Komplete Kontrol software link to my keyboard does not work any more. When either programm open no info does come up on the display. Strangely though: Both in Bitwig and Ableton the display features can be used.

Set-up: Windows 11
NI: Both softwares are updated
Firmware: 2.04 (can not install the 2.06 firmware, why: don`t know)
Ableton and Bitwig are both in the newest iteration.

I believe the latest is v2.0.5 that corrects a few issues from 2.0.4 (Not 2.0.6).

If you cannot install that - your device has bigger issues.

Suggest you contact NI Support on this.

What version of hardware connection service do you have installed in Native Access

I cannot find firmware 2.05 firmware updated only shows 2.04? I updated hardware connection services to 2.05 .. how can I check to see if its updated?
