hi
s61 is registering in logic but i get no sound . Playback works though and clicking notes in piano roll
What is wrong?

Most likely it is a Midi issue but can also be a connection issue or an issue with the Hardware Connection Service.

My Komplete Kontrol Keyboard Does Not Start
Also make sure that the Hardware Connection Service is running and that the Kontrol MK3 can see it. Note that the hardware connection service should be started automatically when you open Komplete Kontrol software for example.
You can verify that the Kontrol Mk3 is connected to the HCS by going to Settings > general > agent version on the device, it should say version 1.9.4 (or higher ?) . If it doesn't, try a different USB-C cable, and/or a USB-C hub instead of connecting directly.
Else try removing the keyboard in Midi Studio and add it again.
Is the keyboard MIDI enabled for input in your Logic MIDI preferences?
Make sure you…
A) Are using a known-good USB-C cable for data and power in the back of the MK3. Make sure you are providing additional power to the other USB-C port. You can use any old phone charger as long as it has a USB-C connector and provides good and steady power.
B) Don't have anything connected to the MIDI-in and MIDI-out ports on the back of the MK3.
C) Within Logic, do use the "regular-named" Komplete Kontrol S MK3 device in Logic. Do not activate "port a" or any other "port", like C, D, etc.
No sound - from what exactly?
Kinda need to know what you are doing, in what instrument etc etc.
If you were expecting the S61 to "make" sound - it is not a synth.
