Is your issue "Keyboard does not switch on"?
Can you confirm the keyboard is an MK2 keyboard?
How is it connected to a power source (USB direct to PC/Hub, external power adapter)?
Have you checked the cable, connections, tested another cable, tried another USB port etc??? If you are only using USB maybe the port you are connected to does not have the power to drive the keyboard.
Is his keyboard not turning on? Or not turning off? Both "on" and "off" begin with the letter o.
