Where is the: GSM cell phone buzz preset in RX11 Standard

Based on this Izotope "how to" page I expected to find the "GSM Cell Phone Buzz" preset… right where the instructions say it's supposed to be, in the De-Click filter.

Well, it's not.

And, after two days and many back-and-forth emails with Antoine in their customer support I am now one insanely frustrated and highly annoyed RX11 user.

First, Antoine couldn't confirm if this preset was available in the Standard version or just in the Advanced version… or both. Nothing on the Izotope website provides any clarity either.

We exchanged numerous screen captures in which he showed where it "should" be… and, in response, I provided screen captures showing it wasn't there.

When the OEM of the software can not provide clarity in the specifics of their own product, and becomes belligerent when you call them out on poor/misleading documentation and support… well, you lose respect in their support capacity, and in the end lose interest in the product.

And no where in there does it say this was done in RX Standard…but I can tell you it is in Advanced and here it is - so you can recreate it:

TIP: Pretty much everything you see "tutorial" wise out on the iZotope site - certainly their older stuff - is almost always done in RX Advanced - unless otherwise noted.
