issues loading from Komplete Kontrol any plugin in DAW/Logic

For weeks I'm having issues with Komplete loading instruments. I have reinstalled, rescanned everything and still get this message. Kontakt is fine, everything loads fine and it will open in standalone.

is anyone having this issue, if so has it been fixed?

As far as I know VSTs don't function in Logic Pro, you need to have the audio unit version.

@robbie, One solution I could think of is that in order to get Kontakt to work and recognise instruments, you need to open Kontakt's standalone application once before you try to use it as a plug in. If you've only tried to scan stuff from the plug in things might not work properly. But it sounds like you've done that.

The George Duke highlighted element 130 - Honey Child Electric does show up in my Kontakt 3 standalone.

I can't test the Komplete Kontrol 3 because my plugin links to KK 2 because NI haven't enabled their S1 keyboards to work with KK 3

What I can say is the search function doesn't seem to work at all.

Which would be the cause of this sort of problem - Logic may not need a VST3 version of Kontakt but Komplete Kontrol certainly does

it's Komplete that's the problem. Kontakt works fine and loads all of the same instruments so I don't thing it's an AU issue.

I do. it just seems odd that Komplet will not load instrument as shown in the picture , but the same instruments load in Kontakt

It is but most other times I have come across a Logic user with this issue it has been because they either thought the Komplete Kontrol au didn't need the VST3 version of Kontakt or the paths were setup wrong. Have Logic and Komplete Kontrol been given full disk access? Does Kontakt load in the standalone of Komplete Kontrol (in fact can you see Kontakt at all in the plugin menu?)
