Izotope-loyalty offers missing- Several Support tickets created- NO RESPONSE

loyalty offers missing, I have at least 9 rx standard/Advanced licenses to update

bot, created support ticket twice—, and sent I sent direct messages to

sales-team@Native -instruments.de

No reply in 8 days now. Im in the middles of updating to New macs,

Sales support is TERRIBLE…..

No such thing as a support email. Chatbot is the way. Only one entry required.

Not quite understanding your issue however. Just logged into my iZotope account - I see about 8 or 9 offers.

What “loyalty” offers do you think you should see?
